Rouge Savon
Vincent Olinet is a French artist born in 1981 living and working in Paris. He came to the attention of the general public in 2009, when he exhibited his work Not Yet My Story. This is a floating bed in the Tuileries fountain in Paris for the FIAC. In 2015 he notably participated in an installation Outside the walls for the Museum of Arts and Crafts in Paris. He also exhibited at the Cité de la Céramique in Sèvres. In addition, he exhibited at the Palais de Tokyo and the Grand Palais. This year it is exhibited in Paris at the Musée de la Vie Romantique as part of the exhibition "Hearts, Romanticism in Contemporary Art. Through the Rouge Savon project, Vincent Olinet is searching for a larger audience. Started in 2021 by the art gallery 54 Dunkerque in Paris, it derives from the artist's very own land art in which the artist shapes wood like a lipstick. It is an adaptation for day-to-day use that is decorative and allures through its Pomelo perfume.
